Prylada Integrated Environmental and Noise Monitoring Point is a data collection and transfer device equipped with embedded weather and noise control sensors. While the sensors continuously monitor weather conditions and noise level, the device performs initial data processing before transmitting it to a cloud-based control center for further analysis and visualization.
All sensors can be powered from ambient energy sources, such as solar panels, ensuring self-sufficient operation in remote locations while reducing maintenance needs.
The Prylada Integrated Environmental and Noise Monitoring Point can be equipped with the following built-in sensors to collect environmental and noise level data across any designated area:
Measures ambient air temperature to detect potential heating or freezing conditions, helping to monitor and mitigate the impact of extreme weather on infrastructure, equipment, and overall safety in the area.
Monitors moisture levels in the air to assess the impact on facilities such as roads, bridges, and machinery. Humidity data is also valuable for understanding how weather conditions may affect environmental stability or operational efficiency.
A specialized sensor designed to measure sound levels in environments such as factories, construction sites, and other industrial settings. It uses a high-sensitivity microphone to detect noise intensity in real-time, capturing data about sound pressure levels (SPL) and transmitting it to a monitoring system
Tracks fluctuations in atmospheric pressure, providing critical insights into changing weather patterns. Pressure changes can indicate storm activity, sudden temperature shifts, or other weather phenomena that may impact local conditions and operations.

The supported LTE Cat-M1 and LTE Cat-NB1/NB2 (NB-IoT) are two of the most popular IoT connectivity options, which allow fulfilling any data transmission requirements for IoT gateways.
With the digital inputs, you can control switching the alarm contacts and monitor other specific processes. The digital outputsalso allow you to remotely interact with a variety of devices.
In addition to the digital outputs, the relay enables you to remotely control third-party devices. The bistable relay can be used when the end equipment should stay switched on even when the Prylada IoT Gateway is off.
The software programmable interfaces are designed to perform one of the following functions (based on HART compatible ad74413):
- Analog input 4-20 mA / Analog input 0-10 V
- Analog output 4-20 mA / Analog output 0-10 V
- Digital input (configurable on-the-fly)
- Type I, Type II and Type III of the IEC 61131-2 compatible with programmable sink current and threshold. Debounce and counter functionality.
- Loop powered mode digital input (“dry contact”) - RTD measurement
