Prylada team strengthens presence at key Polish industry events

The Prylada team has been actively engaging with Poland's industrial sector over the past several weeks, attending three major exhibitions to connect with industry leaders and explore partnership opportunities in critical infrastructure monitoring.

WodKan-Tech 2025: Water and sewage technologies

From September 16-18, our team visited WodKan-Tech in Warsaw, Poland's key industry event presenting technologies for water treatment, resource management, and water and sewage infrastructure. The exhibition showcased automation systems, energy recovery solutions, smart management, and innovations driving sustainable development and environmental protection in the water industry.

WodKan-Tech provided an excellent platform for discussions about the growing need for automated monitoring in water management. We connected with companies focused on leak detection, water quality control, and infrastructure optimization – areas where Prylada's wireless IoT solution can deliver significant operational improvements and cost savings. The event demonstrated the Polish water sector's strong interest in digital transformation and real-time monitoring capabilities.

TRAKO 2025: International railway fair

Just days later, from September 23 to 26, the team traveled to Gdańsk for TRAKO 2025, the largest and most prestigious railway fair in Poland, as well as one of the largest rail events in Central Europe. The previous 2023 edition was record-breaking, with 617 companies from 30 countries presenting to nearly 23,214 visitors across 30,000 m² of exhibition space.

The scale and international scope of TRAKO highlighted the railway sector's rapid technological transformation. Our meetings focused on predictive maintenance solutions and wireless track monitoring systems – conversations that underscored the industry's strong interest in real-time data and automated safety monitoring to prevent incidents and optimize maintenance schedules.

Valves & Pumps Expo 2025: Industrial flow control

Earlier this year, we attended Valves & Pumps Expo in Warsaw, which concentrated on industrial valves, pumps, and flow control technologies – critical components in manufacturing, energy, and process industries.

The event attracted professionals seeking to modernize industrial operations through automation and smart monitoring. Discussions centered on integrating wireless sensors into existing industrial systems, enabling companies to monitor equipment performance, prevent failures, and transition from reactive to predictive maintenance strategies. The industrial sector's appetite for IoT solutions that deliver immediate ROI was particularly evident.

The power of strategic networking

These exhibition visits reflect Prylada's strategic commitment to building and maintaining strong relationships within the Polish industrial ecosystem. While we didn't exhibit at these events, our approach was deliberate: meaningful one-on-one conversations and targeted meetings with potential partners, clients, and technology integrators.

Networking has always been at the core of Prylada's business development strategy. Our team dedicates significant time and resources to cultivating genuine business relationships – not just making initial connections, but nurturing long-term partnerships built on mutual understanding and shared goals.

We believe that successful B2B relationships in the IoT and industrial monitoring space require more than product demonstrations. They demand a deep understanding of customer challenges, industry-specific requirements, and the technical nuances that make or break implementation projects. Face-to-face interactions at industry events allow us to:

  • Understand real-world operational challenges firsthand
  • Demonstrate how our solutions address specific pain points
  • Build trust through direct, transparent communication
  • Stay connected with existing partners and clients
  • Keep our finger on the pulse of industry trends and technological shifts

Building new connections and maintaining existing relationships is a skill our team has refined over years of industry engagement. We approach every conversation with genuine curiosity about the challenges companies face, and we're committed to being responsive, reliable partners long after the initial handshake. This relationship-first philosophy has been instrumental in Prylada's growth across European markets, and Poland represents a particularly promising opportunity given its industrial diversity and ongoing infrastructure modernization efforts.

The Polish market has shown exceptional receptiveness to innovation, particularly in sectors undergoing digital transformation. By investing time in understanding local market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and specific operational challenges, we're able to position Prylada's solutions as practical answers to real problems – not just cutting-edge technology for its own sake.

Looking ahead: Warsaw Industry Week 2025

Our exhibition calendar continues with Warsaw Industry Week, scheduled for November 4-6, 2025, at Ptak Warsaw Expo. This key industry event brings together industrial technologies and innovations across multiple zones, including metal and wood processing, painting, hydraulics and pneumatics, welding, 3D printing, robotics, and software solutions supporting automation.

Warsaw Industry Week represents Poland's largest industrial trade fair, making it an ideal venue for exploring cross-sector applications of wireless monitoring technology. The diversity of industries represented – from heavy manufacturing to advanced automation – provides unique opportunities to demonstrate how Prylada's modular IoT solutions can address monitoring challenges across vastly different operational environments.

We're looking forward to continuing our conversations with industrial leaders and discovering new partnership opportunities at this major event. If you're planning to attend Warsaw Industry Week, we'd be delighted to connect and discuss how wireless monitoring can transform your operations.

Conclusion

The past weeks have reinforced our confidence in the Polish market's readiness for smart infrastructure solutions. From water management to railway safety and industrial automation, the demand for wireless, real-time monitoring is growing rapidly.

The conversations we've had – from water utility operators concerned about leak detection, to railway infrastructure managers focused on predictive maintenance, to industrial facility managers seeking to reduce unplanned downtime – all point to the same conclusion: the technology exists, the business case is clear, and the time for digital transformation is now.

If you attended any of these events or are planning to visit Warsaw Industry Week in November, we'd love to connect. Reach out to discuss how Prylada's IoT monitoring solutions can address your operational challenges.
